Some brief background about our workshop history: Our first workshop with the City of Surprise had over 85 homeowners in attendance. This one is being planned with Mayor Meck for the Town of Buckeye. Our goal and purpose is to reach out to homeowners and provide them with information on what to do when faced with a financial hardship. We will have an attorney to discuss anti-deficiency in Arizona and other things homeowners need to be aware of. We will discuss loan modifications, forbearance, short sales and effects of foreclosure. Additional panel members are listed below that will add to make this workshop a Community Success.

PANEL FORMAT:
- The format of the panel will be question and answer. From 6-7 pm- the panel will answer questions. From 7-8pm – there will be open question and answer from attendees. We will email out questions to each of the panel members by March 1st. If you have any suggestions for additional questions, please let me know. We will also have a question and answer period for homeowners to ask questions of each of the panel members.

Let’s do a workshop together in N. Scottsdale. Jeff and I are North Scottsdale Realtors that have been consistantly in the top 1%. We recently received the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation, held by less than .5% of Realtors. We often have clients that will need credit restoration after they short sell or foreclose on a property. We expect our short sale business to grow exponentially in the next 16 months as the number of ARM resets is going to explode!
I think we can both help each other and we are joining the chamber soon.
